(November 6, 2025) – GLAZER HALL is proud to announce the appointment of Michelin-awarded Chef Daniel DiStefano as Executive Chef for GLAZER HALL Private Events, a new division created in collaboration with Lessing’s Hospitality Group to deliver extraordinary, high-end culinary experiences at Palm Beach’s reimagined waterfront arts and cultural center.

A Michelin-Awarded Visionary Leading the Culinary Experience
Chef Daniel DiStefano brings more than two decades of fine dining and executive experience to GLAZER HALL. A culinary veteran with deep roots in global gastronomy, DiStefano spent over a decade at Eleven Madison Park, where he helped the restaurant secure and maintain three Michelin stars and earn its place among The World’s 50 Best Restaurants by San Pellegrino in 2017.
Most recently, DiStefano served as Executive Culinary Director for Daniel Humm Hospitality, overseeing global partnerships and concept development, including the launch of Clemente Bar, which debuted at No. 11 on North America’s 50 Best Bars in 2025. His modern approach blends creativity and technique with a deep respect for seasonal ingredients and elevated presentation.

Set to debut this season, GLAZER HALL will serve as Palm Beach’s premier performing arts and cultural center, combining timeless architecture with state-of-the-art amenities. The addition of GLAZER HALL Private Events further expands the venue’s offerings—providing guests with world-class cuisine, personalized service, and breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
The venue’s second-floor private event space, spanning 1,200 square feet, features elegant interiors, panoramic waterfront vistas, and a connected 600-square-foot multipurpose room ideal for receptions, intimate celebrations, and corporate events.
