Pinstripes, a massive entertainment venue offering chef-driven dining, bowling and bocce, opened at Westfield Topanga last month. With multiple private event spaces, including a private dining room, a ballroom and expansive event space with floor-to-ceiling windows, Pinstripes Topanga accommodates groups of 20 to 1,500 people for private events, parties, and celebrations. The venue celebrated with a huge grand opening party, welcoming over 1,500 guests to the venue for the first time. Members of the community joined  Dale Schwartz, founder and CEO of Pinstripes, for a ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by live entertainment throughout the venue’s multi-level event space.

Pinstripes Opens Doors at Westfield Topanga

The experiential hotspot immerses diners in an elevated culinary experience with an expansive food and beverage menu served in the ground floor “bistro.” Unlike other bowling alley settings, the food comes first at Pinstripes, with a menu offering an enticing selection of fresh seasonal entrees and craft cocktails. Notable dishes include the Ahi Tuna Flatbread, featuring #1 grade tuna marinated ceviche-style, and joined by a chorus of avocado, balsamic shallots, grape tomato, and arugula. For those who can’t resist the siren call of succulent meat, the Bone-In Pork Chop and Char-Grilled Ribeye are here to answer your prayers. Rubbed with an aromatic espresso blend, the juicy Bone-In Pork Chop sits atop a bed of sweet potato mash, grilled asparagus and is smothered in a decadent Kahlua cream sauce and roasted shallots. On a lighter note the Burrata Caprese Salad brings together creamy burrata, ripe heirloom tomatoes, fragrant basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, all elevated by a signature kale & pistachio pesto. It’s a taste of Italy you’ll want to savor all season long. Meanwhile, the Risotto Primavera is like a garden party for your palate. Brimming with Brussels sprouts, roasted red peppers, cauliflower, kalamata olives, corn, asparagus, and pesto, this vibrant dish is sure to put a spring in your step.

The expansive space has an eclectic display of abstract art, fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling murals and an open-concept kitchen on the ground floor. With restaurant-style seating, guests can choose to chow down at a booth, banquet or table surrounding the bar, offering an array of wines, beers and craft cocktails. Grab a seat in front of one of the many big-screen TVs, broadcasting major sporting events live.
