KRAFT Foodservice Brands to Participate at the World Food Championships

KRAFT Foodservice is excited to announce that three of KRAFT’s signature brands will be title sponsors at the World Food Championships taking place Thursday, November 1st – Sunday, November 4th at Bally’s Las Vegas.  KRAFT’s participating brands will include A.1. Steak Sauce, PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese and GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard.

The World Food Championships will bring culinary champions from all walks of life into one arena so that they can square off for food supremacy and share of the $300,000 prize purse.  Using a hybrid of sanctioned, celebrity and customized judging processes, The World Food Championships will identify winners in seven key categories of divisional cooking competitions, culminating in a Final Table face-off judged by celebrity food experts, including Adam Richman, star of the Travel Channel’s “Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America” and “Man v Food: Nation.”

A.1. Steak Sauce will be the title sponsor for the World Burger Championship that will take place on Friday, November 2nd, 2012.  The world’s best hamburgers, crafted by fifty award-winning cooks, will go head-to-head to determine who is worthy to be crowned World Burger Champion.

PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, America’s #1 selling cream cheese, will be the title sponsor for the World Side-Dish Championship that will take place on Saturday, November 3rd, 2012.  Fifty Competitors will create their superlative side-dish and then square off for the title of World Side-Dish Champion.

GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard will be the title sponsor for the World Sandwich Championship that will take place on Saturday, November 3rd, 2012.  With so much versatility, the options to create the next best sandwich are endless.  Fifty of the world’s master sandwich makers will compete for the chance to win the title of World Sandwich Champion.
