LA BOULANGE ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF NEW COOKBOOK, “CAFÉ COOKING AT HOMELa Boulange Bakery, a beloved San Francisco establishment is proud to announce the release of their second cookbook, “Café Cooking at Home.” The cookbook is a step-by-step photographic guide, filled with easy at-home recipes highlighting some of the bakery’s most well-known items including salads, soups, tartines and sweets. Set to release in April 2013.

“We’ve spent 5 years pulling together this incredible collection of our favorite recipes” says Pascal Rigo, owner of La Boulange. “We are thrilled to share over 100 recipes with our fans in an easy at-home format perfect for every chef.”

Since the first cafe opened in 1999, La Boulange has continued to provide numerous San Francisco neighborhoods with traditional French pastries and breads, healthful and wholesome breakfast and brunch. “Café Cooking at Home” is an accumulation of the café’s top items. From the incredible photography of David Vergne to the easy-to-follow instructions, the La Boulange cookbook is ideal for any home cook.

Set for a spring release, “Café Cooking at Home” will be available in the Northern California market on April 16th, at La Boulange Café locations and at www.laboulangebakery.com <http://www.laboulangebakery.com> as well as Starbucks locations in the Bay area.  The book will retail at $29.95.
