Chef Patrick has tapped into his passion for farm-to-table dining and precise culinary techniques to deliver a sophisticated flair to the American Modern menu of steakhouse classics and seafood specialties. Raised in the south of France, his culinary journey is rooted in traditional European cuisine. He has experience apprenticing in Michelin-star restaurants across Switzerland and served in executive chef positions throughout Australia and South Florida. Favorites on the menu include a perfectly aged, grilled-to-perfection Porterhouse steak, lobster pasta, scallops with caviar and Sunny Isles’ only authentic wood-fired pizza. Weekend brunch is also now available, featuring seafood, meat appetizers and Champagne in a chic setting.
