New Restaurant to Open at Premier Mixed-Use Development 55 Miracle Mile

Jerry Flynn’s Trust & Co. Comes to Coral Gables

Located at the intersection of Aragon Avenue and Merrick Way, 2 Aragon is situated within 55 Miracle Mile, the premier mixed-use building in Coral Gables with residential condominiums, Class A office space, which is 100% leased, and 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Other noteworthy retail tenants at the property include Cibo Wine Bar, Tarpon Bend Restaurant, La Cuisine Kitchen Interior Showroom, Iron Sushi and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.

RKF is currently engaged as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at 55 Miracle Mile and has already renewed two tenants, Iron Sushi and GMI Real Estate, and helped with the expansion of another tenant, Meridian MedSpa.

Trust & Co., which will have both indoor and outdoor seating, will offer diverse American cuisine with quality ingredients and craft cocktails and beers. The restaurant marks restaurateur Jerry Flynn’s first time branching out on his own. Flynn brings over 24 years of restaurant experience and was a former partner in Batch Gastropub located in Brickell. Trust & Co. is expected to open by the end of the year.
