ONE Steakhouse, brothers Michael Morton and David Morton’s stylish steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, is expanding its popular live music lineup to three nights per week. Starting now, “Lounge Sessions Live” will be presented every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.


From 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., the ONE Steakhouse lounge is hosting a lineup of talented artists. The full lineup of artists for May is as follows:

  • Thursday, May 2: Brianna Alomar, a Los Angeles based songwriter and performer who enchants audiences with her soulful vocals and skilled guitar playing, delivers dynamic renditions of pop hits and beloved classics.
  • Friday, May 3: Sarah Moore,a powerhouse vocalist who is acclaimed for her performances with top 40 bands, enchants crowds with her Motown, R&B, classic rock, pop and jazz renditions.
  • Saturday, May 4: TBD
  • Thursday, May 9: Kyle Tkatch, an experienced performer who is the lead of indie pop band Karmic and Nick Jonas’ backup singer will be joined by Erick Morillo.
  • Friday, May 10: TBD
  • Saturday, May 11: Serena Isabelli, a distinctive voice who performs a blend of pop, rock, hip hop and Motown covers along with captivating originals.
  • Thursday May 16: Perrin York, aPop/R&B vocalist, who gained prominence on Season 3 of ABC’s American Idol.

In addition to live entertainment, ONE Steakhouse is featuring enticing weekly menu specials. Executive Chef William DeMarco’s new menu specials, changing weekly, include:

  • Thursday, May 2 – Saturday, May 4: Roasted duck breast with roasted cauliflower puree, arugula and cherry jus, priced at $46.
  • Thursday, May 9 – Saturday, May 11: Beef short rib with baby carrots, braised mustard greens and marble potatoes, priced at $39.
  • Friday, May 17 – Wednesday, May 22: 20-ounce pepper crusted Chateaubriand, priced at $149.
  • Thursday, May 23 – Saturday, May 25: Rock shrimp risotto with Meyer lemon and Vidalia spring onion, priced at $42.
  • Thursday, May 30 – Saturday, June 1: Atlantic arctic char with spring pea and morel mushroom, priced at $46.

ONE Steakhouse welcomes patrons nightly with a complimentary handcrafted cocktail served from its custom-made beverage cart. Featured cocktails explore the bounds of mixology with offerings such as the “ONE and Buzzed,” crafted with D’usse VSOP Cognac, Luxardo Maraschino cherry liqueur, fresh cactus pear and pomegranate juice, served in a glass garnished with Electricdust™, a natural alkaloid from the Buzz Button flower that enhances the drink’s flavors.


ONE Steakhouse serves an impressive selection of steaks, including Japanese Satsuma wagyu, and reimagined surf and turf selections. Other signature delights include crispy tiger shrimp with cherry pepper aioli and chili cilantro sauce; baked short rib rigatoni featuring whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil; roasted lamb chops complete with rosemary fondant, creamed spinach and currant jus; and fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter.


Located just off the casino floor, ONE Steakhouse welcomes passersby with a sexy lounge presented under the canopy of a beautiful 3,000-light LED chandelier. Upstairs, guests will find a striking atrium lounge with expansive windows that open up to the outdoors.
