Pressed Juicery redefines the juicery experience again, launching “Freeze”

The California-based Pressed Juicery introduces an inventive frozen product made only with juice from fruits and vegetables, debuting at its Palo Alto store

Pressed Juicery redefines the juicery experience again, launching “Freeze”Pressed Juicery, the California-based juice company known for its industry leadership and innovation, takes its popular cold-pressed juices beyond the bottle with the debut of “Freeze,” a unique soft-serve frozen treat, in June 2014. Unlike any frozen treat currently found on the market, and the first of its kind from a juice company, “Freeze” is created simply by using juices from fruits and vegetables, and is vegan, as well as gluten and dairy-free. “Freeze” will be unveiled at the company’s Palo Alto store in Stanford Shopping Center, with rollout plans at forthcoming locations in Orange County and Hollywood in late 2014.

“We felt that there was a gap when it came to frozen treats, with no truly healthful alternative to frozen yogurt or ice cream, and created ‘Freeze’ to be the naturally sweet solution,” says Pressed Juicery founding partner Hayden Slater. “Our customers know us for our fresh juices that fit their lifestyle while providing essential nutrients. We see ‘Freeze’ as a complement to the juice experience, and a natural evolution of what we are already doing at Pressed.”

“Freeze” is an evolution of Pressed Juicery’s signature juices and almond milk beverages, and is made using solely Pressed Juicery products. Reflective of the company’s inventive approach to product development, and dedication to highlighting the simplicity of fresh ingredients, the soft-serve offers a truly wholesome treat, delivering all the natural nutrients found in fresh produce without the additives, sugars, binders, or water typically found in frozen desserts. With its creamy, whipped consistency and pure flavors, “Freeze” provides the perfect option for a nutrient-packed breakfast bowl, refreshing afternoon snack, or post-dinner sweet.

Pressed Juicery redefines the juicery experience again, launching “Freeze”“Freeze” comes in six flavors inspired by Pressed Juicery’s variety of juices, including a greens freeze, citrus freeze, fruit freeze, roots freeze, and vanilla or chocolate almond freeze. Guests can also choose to complement their treat with a selection of wholesome toppings, including granola, fresh fruit, coconut shavings, and nuts. “Freeze” will be served alongside Pressed’s regular juice menu at the Palo Alto location during normal store hours, Monday-Friday from 7 a.m.-9 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m.-7 p.m., and Sunday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
