Today, SLS Brickell announced that Carna by Dario Cecchini will pop-up at the hotel during Miami Race Week to host an intimate dinner experience. The special dining pop-up is open to the public, a ticketed event which will take place on Friday, May 6, at 7 p.m. featuring a multi-course tasting menu and wine and cocktail pairings.
Food, decor, and ambiance will combine to provide a unique, all-sensory experience during Race Week. The dining pop-up will be hosted by Butcher Dario Cecchini of Carna, and Victor Rosado, Executive Chef of SLS Brickell, and includes a multi-course tasting menu featuring dishes including steak and seafood. Guests will also be entertained with a live grilling demonstration by Dario himself to complete this culinary experience.
Carna is a contemporary steakhouse concept helmed by legendary Italian butcher Dario Cecchini. Carna’s two locations at SLS BahaMar and SLS Dubai serve a menu centered around prime cuts of the finest steaks sourced from the world’s most prominent locales, paired with an unrivaled quality of all-natural ingredients and an extensive wine list. Dario Cechhini legendary celebrity butcher from the village of Panzano in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy and has been featured on Netflix’s Chef’s Table. After taking over the family business from his father in 1976, Cecchini found his mission – to protect the art of butchery with the believe that all cuts of meat can be utilized when cooked properly, eliminating waste and promoting sustainability.
