The menu includes modern interpretations of traditional dishes such as pork rinds in green sauce, rabbit in banana leaf, fish tacos, beef stew, bone marrow tacos and black octopus, among others, accompanied by a selection of mezcal, tequila, craft beers and wines, all of which are 100 percent Mexican products.
