Nutty flavors are flush in the savory Baked Bucheron Cheese ($24), a buttery goat cheese delicacy filled with butternut and hazelnut honey and served with filone toast. Fruit-fiends can find their apple fill with the Apple Crab Louie ($27), made with mint, citrus, avocado mash, lemon emulsion, apple batonettes and served with a fennel salad.

The simple yet nutrient-dense menu alters its diverse offerings each changing of the seasons, and this fall, the health food hub is serving up a brand new selection from wholesome dishes to refreshing cocktails. Starting Sept. 7, patrons can try some delicious fall classics including the Roasted Acorn Squash Flatbread, delicious mix of truffle honey, lemon almond ricotta, pistachio, calabrian chili, arugula and garlic purée; the Fall Pesto Pasta, made with seared mushroom, roasted acorn squash, marinated pepper, parmesan and cilantro pumpkin seed pesto; or the Tee Time cocktail, with tomatin dualchas whisky, barrow’s intense ginger, chamomile and lemon.

Created by mixologist Kellie Thorn, who has been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years and bartending for nearly nineteen of those years, this craft drink is made with Apple Brandy, Apple Cider Honey Syrup, Angostura Bitters, Cardamom Bitters, Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters, Cardamom Bitter and garnished with a cinnamon stick and lemon wheel.
