- Certified in ServSafe and TIPS.
- Multilingual: Fluent in Arabic, Greek, Russian, and English.
- Began his career in his family’s bakery and restaurant in Cairo, Egypt.
- Currently resides in Arizona with his wife and three children; avid explorer of local restaurants and pizzerias.
