Beneo adds Ginger Schilling to lead sales team

Morris Plains, N.J. – September 28, 2015 – Leading functional ingredients company, BENEO, is pleased to announce that Ginger Schilling has been named Regional Sales Manager responsible for the Midwestern Region of the U.S.  In her position she will support the food and beverage manufacturers in the region in improving existing and developing new products – both nutritionally and functionally. In collaboration with the BENEO-Institute (nutrition science and legislation), the BENEO-Technology Center (food application and technology) as well as with the company’s marketing experts, she will provide solutions leveraging BENEO’s product portfolio of functional fibers, functional carbohydrates, rice ingredients and functional proteins.

Schilling joins BENEO from Kerry Ingredients America’s Region where she served as the key account manager for the Kellogg Company.  Previous positions included product development scientist for the Kellogg Company where she supported the company’s Frozen Foods Innovation Platform in developing new product lines, product improvements and cost efficiencies.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics/Nutrition from Missouri State University and a Master of Science degree in Food Science and Chemistry from Kansas State University.
