Traditionally Betty Jane Candies has been a manufacturing company with 2-3 brick and mortar stores. In 2011 we rolled out a brand new E-Commerce website that has seen sales growth every year.
About 2 years ago we began developing a snack line geared towards wholesalers. Those products are now in hundreds of wholesalers in the Midwest including Hy-Vee, Fareway and Sam’s Clubs. Our products are open to any qualified wholesaler interested and our wholesale customer base is growing each month.
Our flagship product is the Gremlin, our version of a “turtle.” It is our most popular boxed gift item and also a snack version of it is the cornerstone of our wholesale business.
