Chicago’s ENO Wine Room and Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse Welcome Newly Appointed General Manager Rebecca MuraskiJosh Zadikoff, President of Cornerstone Restaurant Group which owns concepts Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse and ENO Wine Room, 505 N. Michigan Ave., announced today the appointment of Rebecca Muraski as General Manager. With an extensive background in luxury restaurant management, Muraski will be tasked with handling all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, hiring and training staff, strategizing and implementing in-house promotions and events and collaborating on menu development for both restaurants.

“Muraski is sure to bring her passion to life by providing guests with memorable and high-quality experiences at both Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse and Eno Wine Room,” said Pete Demay, General Manager of InterContinental Chicago Hotel. “We are thrilled to have a seasoned professional that can bring a new outlook to the table and aid in the continued success of both restaurants.”
With more than a decade of experience, Muraski’s most recent appointment was in Connecticut, where she worked as General Manager of Sol Toro Restaurant, also a part of Cornerstone Restaurant Group. Prior to her position at Sol Toro, she served as General Manager of the classic steak house Chicago Firehouse Restaurant, and before that held a leading role at Chicago Cut Steakhouse as Dining Room Manager. In her current position, she serves as head of both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
“I’m excited to combine all of my learning opportunities and experiences to provide guests with a remarkable dining and beverage experience from the moment they enter the door at either Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse or Eno Wine Room,” said Muraski. “My degree in the Culinary Arts provides me with a comprehensive knowledge of both sides of restaurant operations, a necessary skillset for this position. I can’t wait to be back in the Midwest and work with the Cornerstone team on these wonderful venues.”
Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse serves hand-selected steaks, from grass-fed to 45-day dry-aged USDA Prime, paired with award-winning wines hand selected by the Sommelier who manages Michael Jordan’s personal wine cellar. Not far from the steakhouse’s entrance sits ENO Wine Room, which celebrates all things wine, cheese, chocolate and fun in the most premiere fashion. ENO Wine Room is a quaint wine café with adjacent outdoor seating just off Michigan Avenue offering an à la carte menu of seasonal small bites which are chosen to pair with their collection of lesser-known and beautifully made varietals from talented grower-producers. Live music is featured throughout the year.
