Core Celebrates 14 Years Of Supporting  Food and Beverage Service Industry FamiliesA nonprofit granting support to children of food and beverage service employees navigating life-alternating circumstances—will be celebrating 14 years of supporting families during their toughest times on May 25, 2018.

The nonprofit will be hosting a country-wide Birthday Bash, inviting supporters to join the party by donating $14 to mark 14 years and help CORE support even more families this year.

The first 50 donors to make a $50 or more donation between now and May 15, 2018 will also receive a special party package, featuring birthday hats, balloons and tattoos for four. A special all-ages birthday drink recipe will also be included, courtesy of sponsors Q Drinks, Kathy Casey Liquid Kitchen and Monin Gourmet Flavorings.

“We are so excited to share our 14th birthday celebration with CORE’s supporters, donors, COREporate members and friends!” said Lauren LaViola, executive director of CORE. “Their continued support of our mission year-after-year has allowed us to serve families from 2004 to 2018. We can think of no better way to celebrate 14 years than with the very people who are the driving force of our organization.”

Through the community’s support, CORE has helped more than 400 families in more than 30 states and has raised nearly $4 million to-date for food and beverage service industry families.
