Exploring Secret Menu Items at Fontainebleau Miami Beach: Culinary and Cocktail Delights

This resort-wide program was developed by Director of Food and Beverage Valentin Mihal. With more than 15 years of experience at upscale properties throughout South Florida, Las Vegas and beyond – unique menu concepts are nothing new for the hospitality professional. Mihal brought the initiative to the property not only for guests to enjoy, but to challenge his team. “The secret menu concept encouraged our talented team members to think outside the box and stretch their muscles creatively. It gave an opportunity for team members from the kitchen and behind the bar to come together and collaborate for an exciting program we think our guests will love,” says Mihal.

Each outlet’s offering reflects its aesthetics, atmosphere and concept. Priced at $32, the following are available and can be ordered by asking for the “secret menu” item.
