Culinary & Cocktail Secrets Waiting to be Discovered: Secret Menu Items at Fontainebleau Miami Beach

The iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach has maintained a well-earned reputation as one of the region’s foremost destinations for food & beverage par excellence. Whether it’s bubbly poolside at La Cote, steakhouse sophistication at StripSteak by Michael Mina, Italian supremacy at Scarpetta or cocktails at Bleau Bar, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s culinary and cocktail outlets are well known and well regarded. What has been unknown is that many of the hotel’s herald F&B outlets have served secret menu items, a bevy of off-the-menu temptations well-worth sussing out. Now, the hotel is pulling back the curtain to share these secret sensations; the only hook is you still have to ask for them.

This resort-wide program was developed by Director of Food and Beverage Valentin Mihal. With more than 15 years of experience at upscale properties throughout South Florida, Las Vegas and beyond – unique menu concepts are nothing new for the hospitality professional. Mihal brought the initiative to the property not only for guests to enjoy, but to challenge his team. “The secret menu concept encouraged our talented team members to think outside the box and stretch their muscles creatively. It gave an opportunity for team members from the kitchen and behind the bar to come together and collaborate for an exciting program we think our guests will love,” says Mihal.

Each outlet’s offering reflects its aesthetics, atmosphere and concept. Priced at $32, the following are available and can be ordered by asking for the “secret menu” item.
