DALLAS COWBOYS FANS CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING 2023

The annual Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game on November 23 at AT&T Stadium will feature holiday favorite menu items that fans can enjoy across the Stadium along with two new delicious offerings: The Thanksgiving Roll and The Thanksgiving Sandwich – innovations from the acclaimed Legends Hospitality team at AT&T Stadium.

 

New Arrivals in Featured Holiday Fare In-Stadium on Thanksgiving Game Day

 

The Thanksgiving Roll  Savory herb dressing, green beans, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce and house pecan-and-hickory smoked turkey bundled and fried in a crispy delicious egg roll wrap. Served with turkey gravy for dipping

 

The Thanksgiving Sandwich Famous Cowboys Mac n Cheese, cranberry sauce, house pecan-and-hickory smoked turkey, savory herb dressing, green beans and turkey gravy on a large brioche bun.

 

Fans also will again enjoy two annual Thanksgiving favorites that debuted in the 2019 Dallas Cowboys NFL Season:

 

The Thanksgiving Bowl House pecan-and-hickory smoked turkey breast piled high with savory herb dressing, famous Cowboys Mac n Cheese, sweet potatoes, and green beans, drizzled with turkey gravy, served with fresh cranberry sauce and a brioche roll.

 

The Thanksgiving Hand Pie All that fans love about Thanksgiving, in a savory pie! Layers of savory herb dressing, fresh cranberry sauce, green beans, sweet potatoes, house pecan-and-hickory smoked turkey and turkey gravy enclosed in a flaky pie crust.

 

The Legends Hospitality culinary team at AT&T Stadium has also created additional original menu items inspired by the holidays that will be served to fans in suites, from traditional turkey and pumpkin pie, to Fall Harvest Salad, Praline Sweet Potatoes, Orange Bourbon Glazed Ham and Caramel Apple Pie.

Fresh, Local Produce from WE Over Me Farm in Game Day Thanksgiving Fare

The Legends at AT&T Stadium culinary team works continually with premium growers and producers, including WE Over Me Farm at Paul Quinn College, where organic produce is grown on the College’s former football field. This innovative produce business also works to help eliminate a food desert in Dallas. Legends has purchased fine produce from WE Over Me Farm since 2009.

This year, freshly harvested and premium flavor lettuces and greens from WE Over Me Farm will be among the fine ingredients in the Thanksgiving Game Day menu items for fans.

 

Fans are enjoying the exciting Plant Based Touchdown menu that launched 2021-2022 Dallas Cowboys NFL Season. Inspired by game day and using PQC’s WE Over Me Farm’s organic produce grown on the Paul Quinn campus in Southern Dallas, offerings of plant-based culinary creations developed by
