-The fast-casual dining phenom brings veteran talent to lead new restaurant-
Bolay, the rapidly growing restaurant concept that has made a huge splash across Florida, has named Danny Somaru as Operations Partner for its new Winter Park location, which is set to open on February 15. Danny is a fine-dining industry veteran who has worked in restaurants for over 20 years.
“I am thrilled to be named Operating Partner of our newest location in Winter Park,” said Somaru. “From the moment you walk in to any Bolay restaurant, you feel the energy. The food, the quality, and the attention to detail are second to none. I’m excited to return to the area as part of this team.”
Somaru is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen School of Hospitality. He is an avid sports fan and a huge supporter of all of University of Central Florida’s teams. Returning to Winter Park means reconnecting with a community that is close to his heart. “I loved my time here. It means a lot to be able to give back to the area through what Bolay offers and extend opportunities to the community and kids who attend the Rosen School.”
Bolay pursued an aggressive expansion plan throughout 2018 that has continued into the new year, with stores opened from West Palm Beach to Gainesville. The rapid growth has not compromised either their quality standards or their confidence. “Danny embodies our core values. He has exceptional attention to detail, is a fine-dining expert and provides that kind of experience to everyone who walks in the door,” said Chris Gannon, Bolay CEO. “Bolay is a fast-casual restaurant, but what we really deliver is fine dining in a casual environment.”
Bolay Winter Park is set to open on February 15 at 1971 Aloma Ave and will be open seven days a week – 11am-9:30pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-9pm on Sundays – and will reveal grand opening plans as the date approaches.
