Day One of Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit Kicks Off with Lavish Master Series Dinners at Caesars Palace

Day One of Vegas Uncork’d at Caesars Palace“It was an evening of celebration as the 10th annual Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit kicked off with four exceptional Master Series dinners at Caesars Palace.” Michael Politz, publisher of Food and Beverage Magazine.

  • Chef Nobu Matsuhisa hosted a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience at his Ultimate Omakase dinner at Nobu Restaurant & Lounge. Omakase means, “from the heart,” in Japanese and that’s truly what last night’s experience was. The intimate 12 person, $1,000 per ticket meal was fully curated by Nobu himself as he hand cut and served each piece of sushi.
  • World-renowned chef Guy Savoy’s Restaurant Guy Savoy is celebrating its 10 year anniversary, and to honor the momentous occasion, he hosted, “A Decade of Indulgence.” The five-course epicurean affair paired Savoy’s impeccable dishes with prestigious wines.

  • With more than 140 years of history, the New York icon, Old Homestead Steakhouse hosted, “High Steaks Pairings with Vodka and Caviar.” Greg and Marc Sherry presented a four-course menu of divine dishes and pairings featuring the best dry-aged prime steak, top shelf vodka and premium caviar.

  • Caesars Palace’s dining hot-spot, MR CHOW, is making its Vegas Uncork’d debut with its first Master Series dinner.  In true MR CHOW fashion, the event was a theatrical experience, with Mr. Chow himself hosting. Guests were treated to a private noodle show and enjoyed the Beijing Duck in the dynamic atmosphere of the dazzling restaurant.

Also taking place this weekend is Caesars Palace’s Chefs of the Gods event starring Gordon Ramsay, Guy Savoy and Francois Payard.
