Dream Nashville brings a resurgence of interest to celebrated Printer’s Alley, which was known as the home of two of the city’s prestigious newspapers and a popular entertainment district. Dream Nashville aims to bring back the grandeur and playfulness for even the most discerning traveler, and for those looking for sophisticated, accessible and lively experiences in the music capital.

“We’re excited to showcase these unique dining and nightlife experiences with innovative culinary offerings and programming, all which has been engineered by a creative collective of local tastemakers,” added Dimitri Mitropoulos, VP of Food and Beverage, Dream Hotel Group. “Dream is delivering a unique gastronomy experience to the area bridging a mix of modern electronic music and a classic southern vibe with dynamic cuisine, further distinguishing Dream Nashville and appealing to a wide audience.”

Stateside Kitchen
Imaginative yet focused, Stateside Kitchen showcases seasonal cuisine in an intelligent setting. Helmed by Executive Chef Michael Kopfman and his collective of Hillstone Restaurant Group alumni, the brasserie-style restaurant focuses on fresh flavors and locally sourced ingredients to comprise a menu for all palettes, including stand out dishes like The Chop, a 22 oz. bone-in Kurobuta pork chop and Bucatini Jumbo Prawn Pasta.

Fresh breads and sweets from Superfine Bakery, Dream Nashville’s in-house bakeshop helmed by Executive Pastry Chef Tim Costner will also be served alongside the signature dishes. Housed under a Gehry-esque glass atrium designed by famed Nashville-born interior design firm Meyer Davis Studio, the art of dining comes alive amid original art works by David LaChapelle and Marilyn Minter. Stateside Kitchen is open daily for dinner starting at 5PM with weekend brunch and lunch service set to launch this spring.

Hidden amongst the shadows of Printer’s Alley, dark and seductive energy fuels Dirty Little Secret, an intriguing music and entertainment theatre. With a hint of subtle excess, the ever-evolving entertainment collective takes center stage, complete with live performances, surprise acts and a rotation of emerging musicians and turntablists. Set to debut on March 8th, Dirty Little Secret will operate from 8:00PM to 2:00AM every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.

Parlour Bar
