The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona, where Dreambox founders Dan Bejmuk and Danielle Takata earned their degrees, was founded in 1973 and is one of the leading schools for those seeking a career in the hospitality industry. It offers a collaborative learning-by-doing approach to education with state-of-the-art facilities and real-world settings.

Bejmuk, who serves on the steering committee for the National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executives Group, which convenes in May in Chicago prior to the annual Restaurant Show, is considered a thought leader within the restaurant industry often speaking at industry events and serving panels. In addition, Dreambox often lends its support to such industry events as CREATE as well as restaurant brand leadership forums and conferences, including Velvet Taco’s Leadership Conference, held earlier this month, where Dreambox was named Lifesaver Vendor of the Year – an accolade that was well earned as the Dreambox team worked diligently to keep its clients relevant during the pandemic.
