Ya Mas! is the chic, Mediterranean taverna that opened on Fort Lauderdale’s bustling Las Olas Boulevard February 2022. During the table side Caviar Service, every bead of Petrossian Caviar used is sustainably raised and hand-selected from the finest farms across the globe. Guests now have the chance to enjoy 3 different caviar journeys with the Petrossian Trio ($215 – 36 grams). This option is “For the Curious” Caviar lovers and includes the following assortment:

  • For The Adventurous Royal Kaluga Huso Hybrid By combining the creamy, buttery burst of Kaluga caviar with the rich, full flavor of Shassetra caviar, this royal marriage of two sturgeon species has completely changed the game for caviar lovers.
  • For The Sophisticated Royal Ossetra – This rich expression of Ossetra has inspired generations of caviar lovers with its perfect balance of refined, savory brine and subtle notes of dried fruit and toasted grains.
