Two former execs from McDonald’s are looking to shake up the fast casual space with a new restaurant concept – LYFE Kitchen. LYFE Kitchen currently has two locations in California (Palo Alto and Culver City, respectively), and just today shared news of its first franchisee, planning to open locations in Chicago as early as Fall 2013.
LYFE Kitchen is a unique, fast casual restaurant with a sustainable approach. Drawing menu support from celebrated Chefs Art Smith and Tal Ronnen, LYFE Kitchen places an emphasis on taste above all else. With all menu items coming in at under 600 calories and 1,000 mg of sodium, LYFE Kitchen does the thinking for the consumer, allowing them to come in and simply enjoy the food.
Currently, LYFE is in talks with 15 franchisees and is actively seeking to expand with additional partners. Those interested in learning more can visit here: http://franchise.lyfekitchen.com/
