HILTON ANAHEIM’S MIX RESTAURANT & LOUNGE LAUNCHES NEW COCKTAILS

Hilton Anaheim, the Southern California hotel conveniently located in the heart of Anaheim, has launched a selection of new cocktails at the MIX Restaurant all focused on incorporating cleaner and organically-sourced ingredients. By prioritizing sustainable practices by supporting and using companies that are focusing on the betterment of the environment, guests can now ‘sip without guilt’ this new year at Hilton Anaheim.

Available now through February 29, Hilton Anaheim’s MIX Restaurant and Lounge has debuted two handcrafted, seasonal cocktails and one specialty wine, all rooted in the use of organic. The Caribbean Cooler Cocktail is crafted with Rumhaven Coconut Rum, featuring real coconut water and cane sugar with no artificial flavors or preservatives. Mixed with lime juice and Fever-Tree ginger beer, this refreshing cocktail is garnished with a lime wedge and candied ginger. The bright Orange Crush Cocktail is made with Belvedere Vodka, Aperol, blood orange juice, Fever-Tree club soda, and topped with an orange peel. The base, Belvedere Vodka, has eliminated 95% of its single-use plastic from its supply chain and intends to remove another 50% by 2025. Both cocktails are priced at $17 and are available for a limited time only. Additionally, the MIX Restaurant is also offering Davis Bynum Pinot Noir, a red wine that is 100% sustainable and offered at $16/6oz, $26/10oz and $64 per bottle.

“I am thrilled to kick off 2024 by introducing our new, handcrafted cocktails and specialty wine at MIX Restaurant and Lounge that celebrate bright flavor profiles,” said Kai Urban, director of food & beverage,  Hilton Anaheim. “We are excited to offer guests these limited offerings on our menu that not only tantalize the taste buds but also feature cleaner ingredients.”

Located inside Hilton Anaheim, MIX Restaurant offers a variety of cuisine that incorporate the flavors, techniques and styles learned through Executive Chef Juan Lopez’s cultural background. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, dishes are made with locally-sourced ingredients found throughout the region. The Chilean Sea Bass includes white cherry soy sauce ginger reduction, forbidden rice and mushrooms and the Vegan Bucatini Pasta features roasted eggplant, asparagus zucchini, tomato and fresh basil.
