INTRODUCING THE FOOD HALL AT AMERICAN DREAM, A CURATED CULINARY EXPERIENCE

As part of its ongoing commitment to offer a unique mix of shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions, American Dream is excited to introduce The Food Hall at American Dream. The Food Hall will feature seven new culinary options across 10,000 square feet of unique soft seating and games, including an oversized corn hole, Jenga and Connect 4 for guests to enjoy. The Food Hall is located on Level 2 in Court A and is in close proximity to the Dream Stage, which delivers live music and entertainment throughout the year. The Food Hall offers a unique approach to fast-casual dining highlighting the very best in local and global cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a glass of wine or beer.

The famed Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Best Pizza will be incorporated into The Food Hall, now including the following new culinary concepts:

 

VINOTECA: A first-of-its-kind wine concept with revolutionary technology that provides a modern twist on wine tasting. Guests can taste their way through 64 carefully curated wines self-served by a cutting-edge, interactive machine that perfectly pours wine as 1 oz sips, 3oz tastes or 5oz glasses. The premium wine experience is complemented by Italian fare ranging from authentic paninis to artfully crafted charcuterie boards, as well as beer poured with the same self-serve technology.

 

LADY M: A New York City luxury confections brand with over 50 boutiques worldwide. Created in 2001 and led by CEO Ken Romaniszyn, Lady M is most famous for the creation of Signature Mille Crêpes. Lady M marries French pastry techniques with Japanese sensibilities, resulting in delicate cakes that are a touch sweet and perfect for every occasion.

 

VANESSA’S DUMPLING HOUSE: The iconic New York dumpling establishment – Vanessa’s Dumpling House – crossed the river to open its latest location at American Dream. The new location offers guests Beijing-style authentic and delicious dumplings alongside a menu of other Beijing-influenced delicacies including noodles, soups, salads, sauces. Vanessa’s is known for using daily fresh ingredients and specializes in her own sesame pancake sandwiches stuffed with everything from roast pork, beef, veggies, chicken, egg and Peking duck.

 

American Dream will mark the addition of The Food Hall with a grand opening party on Wednesday, July 13th, complete with a corn hole tournament, live music, kids’ games, prizes and more.

 

The Food Hall at American Dream will continue to introduce the very best in culinary and cocktails in the coming months, including Dream Bar – an intriguing cocktail bar opening in Fall 2022, and Bang Cookies – a luxe, all-natural, organic cookie company opening Winter 2022.
