Jeffrey Lunak Promoted To Senior Vice President & Chief Culinary OfficerMadison Holdings, Inc., owner of the popular Blue C Sushi and Boom concepts, as well as the newly opened Kaisho, is proud to announce the advancement of Jeffrey Lunak from Vice President to Senior Vice President and Chief Culinary Officer.

Since joining the Madison Holdings executive team, Lunak has greatly expanded his role, managing a wide range of responsibilities from concept branding to vendor liaison, chef training and business development. In 2013, Lunak helped pioneer the expansion of Blue C Sushi into Hollywood, CA, the concept’s first location outside of Seattle. Located at The Dome Entertainment Center at 6374 Sunset Blvd, the continued success of this flagship CA location has solidified plans for further expansion across the state.
