The Kerry Simon Comprehensive Clinic for MSA will expand on the facility’s current program and create a legacy for everyone’s favorite rock ‘n roll chef
WHAT: Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) brings the body to a complete standstill. There is no cure. There is no treatment. But there is much we can learn, and much more we can and must do. It’s time to fight MSA! A masterful list of superstars will come together for a spectacular rock ‘n roll cocktail party fundraiser reflecting the spirit of Chef Kerry Simon and his passion for food, music and imagination. Kerry’s good friend Bill Murray will act as one of the evening’s emcees.
Rockers Alice Cooper, Slash, Sammy Hagar, Vince Neil, Todd Rundgren, Matt Sorum, INXS’s J.D. Fortune, Lisa Loeb and System of a Down’s John Dolmayan join house band Sin City Sinners to entertain as supporters dine and imbibe. Performing their own hits, as well as jamming with others, musical history will be made.
This cocktail party, unlike any other, will feature the Las Vegas return of Daniel Boulud, alongside world-renowned chefs Kim Canteenwalla, Wylie DuFresne, Grant Macpherson, Michael Mina, Rick Moonen, Justin Nilson, Charlie Palmer, Megan Romano, Mark Tarbell and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The creative chefs have put together a menu that will keep palates rockin’ all night from Charlie Palmer’s Truffle Cheese Philly Steak Sliders to Rick Moonen’s Kona Kompachi Tacos to Daniel Boulud’s Boudin blanc. Of course no Kerry Simon meal is complete without his signature Simon Junk Food 2.0 display created by Justin Nilson. Southern Wine and Spirits will be providing all wine, spirits and beer for the event.
