LAS VEGAS – Two of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s favorite dining destinations, Mr. Lucky’s Café and The Ainsworth, launch a new Seasonal Burger Tour menu featuring four solutions to the traditional burger blues, available now through Fall 2015.

“We are really excited about presenting these new inventive options for our guests,” said Marcus O’Brien, executive chef at Hard Rock Hotel. “We always relish the opportunity to craft something unique that people will remember, and this new seasonal burger tour menu will definitely be remembered.”                                             

Seasonal Burger Tour Menu – available at Mr. Lucky’s Café and The Ainsworth:

  • SHAKA DOOBIE ($16) – a half-pound burger topped with Swiss cheese, fried bologna, mustard and pickles; served between two grilled cheese sandwiche.
  • SLOPPY SOUTH ($15) – a half-pound burger on a bed of macaroni and cheese with bacon, onion rings and barbecue sauce; served on a brioche bun.
  • CALI BURGER ($16) – a half-pound burger complete with arugula, lemon mayo, goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, red wine and onion marmalade, and avocado; served on a brioche bun.
  • FANCY PANTS ($15) – a half-pound burger settled in Merks port wine cheddar cheese with caramelized onions, jalapeño, crispy bacon and arugula; served on a pretzel bun.
