Napoleon House and Ralph’s on the Park Reopens + Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group – Phase One

Our core promise as a company, Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, is to make people happy at our establishments. Even in uncertain times, there is no change to the promise at the heart of what we do, which is to take care of our patrons and our dedicated family of employees. The safety and well-being of our guests and our staff has been and will continue to be our primary concern during this pandemic.

With Phase I, well underway, we are pleased to announce the re-opening of Ralph’s on the Park Wednesday, May 20, 2020, and Napoleon House on Friday, May 22, 2020. Prior to opening our doors to you as our guest – we are dedicating this time to training our managers, employees, and culinary teams on the safety measures now in place. Vigorous cleaning and sanitizing procedures have been established that far exceed the necessary requirements. We will be altering our hours of operation and reservation system to allow for the optimum spacing of tables and guests, out of an abundance of care and safety. An exciting re-opening menu has been created, presenting the flavors and dishes customarily enjoyed by our dedicated patrons. Our reservation’s team will be in contact if a booking is in need of being altered in any way.

Reservations at Ralph’s on the Park in the initial week, starting Monday, May 20, begin with dinner service Wednesday and Thursday, 5 PM- 9 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 5 PM — 10 PM. Brunch is offered on weekends, 10 AM – 2 PM, in addition to dinner. Select seating and timing will be structured to allow for the appropriate number of guests throughout the dining experience. The restaurant will be closed on Sunday, Monday, and, Tuesday night.

Napoleon House will re-open, Friday, May 22, with hours from 11 AM – 7 PM, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and on Friday and Saturday from 11 AM — 8 PM. The restaurant will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. As there are no reservations, walk-ins will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis and with certain seating allotments based on the limited capacity during those specific times.

We understand and value the concerns of our guests and employees impacted by the pandemic. If you are unable to dine with us at our restaurants, curbside pick-up remains available.at both restaurants.

As per a city requirement, Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group will follow suit and log guest names and phone numbers for contract tracing and require a mask for guests upon entry and while walking around the establishment.
