The for making the cocktail itself combine all ingredients below and shake. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with sprig of mint. The directions for the honey syrup and Thai chili vinegar are simple as well and listed below.
4 leaves torn Mint
1/2 oz Cucumber Juice*
Heavy 1/4 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Honey syrup (made from a 50/50 ratio of honey to water)
1/4 oz Thai Chili Vinegar (rice wine vinegar infused with dried thai chilies for 72 hours)
1/2 oz Dolin Blanc
1 1/2 oz Cazadores Blanco Tequila
