Next Level Brands is pleased to announce the internal promotion of Heather Rivas to a pivotal role within the company as Director of Operations. Her distinguished history of success and leadership across 15+ years in high volume, casual, and fine dining restaurants brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to this new role.


Over the course of her career, she has had the opportunity to work at many prestigious restaurants, most notably as General Manager for James Beard Award-winning Chef, Sean Brock at his acclaimed restaurant Husk Savannah and as opening General Manager at Tiger Mama, a Boston restaurant helmed by James Beard Award Nominee, Chef Tiffani Faison. Most recently, Rivas had a successful and grand opening for Boulon Brasserie and Bakery as General Manager in Tampa, FL, building a powerhouse team in just one year, and landing several awards including “Best New Restaurant”, “Best Bar”, and Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence.

As Director of Operations, Rivas is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all operational aspects of Next Level Brands Restaurants. “My goal is to create a synergistic relationship across all restaurants in our group. I aim to cultivate a culture that inspires, supports and empowers our teams to deliver extraordinary experiences,” says Rivas.
