POUR & FAMOUS CELEBRATES REOPENING WITH NEW MENU AND DAILY SPECIALS

Delray’s Oldest Bar, Pour & Famous at 524 W. Atlantic Ave., has recently revamped its menu and creative cocktail offerings after opening back up due to the pandemic. Positioned at The Gateway to Downtown, Pour & Famous features an expansive outdoor patio, an imaginative cocktail & culinary program, along with the largest selection of natural wines in town.

Pour & Famous Reopens with New Menu and Specials

The creative mind tapped for the opening of Pour & Famous is Owner/founder Challo Schott. Described as an innovator and visionary in the hospitality industry, Schott believes in forging forward with his own ideas, always pushing the bar forward in each area, from concept to completion.

Delray Beach historical records show that the building has existed as a bar since at least 1949 and more than 70 years later, it sits within a neighborhood now home to a blossoming culinary scene and renewed interest and activity from the City, locals, and tourists alike.  Pour & Famous has become Schott’s 3rd business within the city of Delray further cementing his heavy influence with his unique and one of a kind hospitality brands and programming. Pour & Famous’ Chef Eric Newman, is a NY / Covid transplant and brings with him a passion for vegan & vegetarian dishes as well as his own family’s tradition of owning and operating deli’s throughout the City.

The Pour & Famous  kitchen serves up both quality interpretations of classic American tavern dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of elevated bar fare. Menu choices include sliders like Hot Honey Chicken with, house pickles, with a hot honey glaze and Pulled smoked pork & tangy bbq sauce, topped with house slaw. The kitchen offers wings with your choice of sauces, delicious bowls like chicken fried rice and a falafel quinoa and house fried pickles which the establishment is known for.

Pour & Famous is also known for its unique cocktails such as Blue Hawaii aka Electric Blue Buglalù, Frozen Paloma aka Pink Lightning, Espresso Martini Scorpion Bowl and Painkiller.
