  • Whisky Sour: gentleman jack, house made whisky sour syrup (with dried figs, simple syrup, mint bitters, and molasses), house made lemon sour, and egg white
  • Black Cherry Manhattan: Buffalo Trace, Cherry Heering, Capano Punt e Mes, Angostura bitters, and a brandied cherry
  • Black Pearl: Pearl, Blueberry Vodka, triple sec, house-made lemon sour, fresh blackberries and lemons

Shiso Wild Drop
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Veev
  • .5 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1.5 oz Lemon Sour
  • Hucklberry Sugar–( 2 Tablespoons Market Spice Huckleberry and 3 Tablespoons Granulated Cane Sugar; blended together in a coffee grinder until very fine)
  • 1 shiso leaf

Directions:

  1. Muddle Shiso Leaf with ice in a pint glass or martini shaker
  2. Add Veev, Triple Sec and Lemon Sour
  3. Shake and strain into martini glass with a huckleberry sugar rim

Raspberry Drop
Ingredients:

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1.5 oz Stoli Razberi
  • 1 oz Lemon Sour
  • .25 oz Chambord

Sugar (rim)
Directions:

  1. Pour Chambord into the bottom of a martini glass with a sugar rim
  2. Muddle lemon with ice in a pint glass or martini shaker
  3. Add Stoli Razberi and lemon sour
  4. Shake and strain into the martini glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist
