About Knob Creek
Knob Creek has set the standard for bourbon for more than 20 years, creating a full flavored spirit that is patiently aged and made in small batches. It was created to reflect the flavor, strength, care and patience that defined pre-prohibition whiskey – a philosophy that has made it the world’s #1 selling Super-Premium bourbon. Knob Creek also has Single Barrel, Knob Creek Rye and the newest, Smoked Maple, expressions. Knob Creek Rye is made with a blend of the finest quality rye to create an extraordinarily smooth, yet spicy whiskey, while Knob Creek Single Barrel is carefully hand-selected, straight from the barrel of our damn great bourbon and bottled individually at 120 proof. Lastly, Knob Creek Smoked Maple is the newest expression in the Knob Creek family and is made using the unmistakable big, full flavor of Knob Creek Bourbon balanced with notes of rich maple and delicate smoke.
