Testarossa’s 2012 Garys’ Vineyard Pinot Noir will be paired with an entrée selection by acclaimed Chef Thomas Lents of Sixteen Restaurant at Chicago’s Trump International Tower
Testarossa Winery, producers of premier California Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, announced today their selection for the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Show Hunter-Gatherer dinner Friday April 11, 2014. Star Chicago Chef Thomas Lent, of Sixteen Restaurant in the Trump International Tower selected Testarossa’s 2012 Garys’ Vineyard Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands to pair with his signature dish. The event entitled Hunter-Gatherer: New Rules for Exemplary Dining is a farm to table dinner focusing on the rich bounty of the Monterey Peninsula.
