Texas-Sized Business Opportunities for Restaurant Owners

Texas-Sized Business Opportunities for Restaurant Owners and Operators

78th Annual Texas Restaurant Association
Marketplace Returns to Dallas June 28 – 29

Austin, Texas –  In Texas, we do things a little different. We live BIG. And we put on a restaurant show that’s as bold, unique and packed with opportunity as the Lone Star state itself. Welcome to TRA Marketplace, brought to you by the Texas Restaurant Association. We’re the second largest foodservice trade show in the U.S.

Join us at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas June 28 – 29, 2015 and experience what the restaurant business is all about.

TRA Marketplace is an inspiration-packed show that’s all about showcasing the innovative products, practical tools, valuable connections and relevant information restaurateurs, chefs, corporate executives and other foodservice professionals need to find success in this industry.

“Texas is one of the largest restaurant markets in the country with sales of $44.5 billion and more than 1.2 million employees,” said Richie Jackson, CEO Texas Restaurant Association. “Dallas is one of the most important markets for our industry and is brimming with opportunity for restaurateurs.  Our event brings all segments of this dynamic and diverse industry together.”

The 2015 TRA Marketplace will feature hundreds of exhibiting companies showcasing the latest products and services on the market; interactive, informal sessions where attendees can network and share information; valuable learning opportunities in the Education Idea Center and inspiring chef conversations, competitions and more on The Cutting Edge stage.

We will highlight trends including craft beverages, technology, farm-to-table and food trucks in special areas of the show floor featuring local producers and experts’ showcasing what makes Texas truly unique. Visit www.tramarketplace.com for full details.

TRA Marketplace is open to the trade only.  No one under the age of 16 is admitted.  Rolling carts, wheeled bags and luggage carts will not be allowed in the exhibit hall during show hours. Proof of business ID may be required.
