- 2 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve
- Whole Vanilla Bean Halved
- 1/2 oz Amaro Nonio
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Splash soda
- Build in shaker, cut vanilla bean down the center and empty insides into shaker, cut bean in half and put in shaker.
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, amaro Nonio and woodford reserve.
- Top with ice, shake hard 20 seconds.
- Pour into bucket glass, top with ice and add splash of soda.
- The vanilla bean is the garnish inside the drink.
