The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa proudly announces the appointment of Andre Blasczak as the new Executive Chef. Blasczak brings over two decades of culinary expertise to the acclaimed resort, promising an innovative and elevated dining experience for all guests. 

With an illustrious career spanning prestigious establishments globally,
Blasczak is renowned for his culinary creativity and commitment to excellence. Blasczak’s passion for hospitality and fine dining began as a child when his family owned and operated a hotel in his native country of Brazil. His love for culinary arts has taken him from the bustling kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants to luxury resorts in New York City, Arizona and South America. 

Blasczak’s culinary philosophy revolves around using the finest locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that tantalize the senses and celebrate the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean. His vision includes crafting menus that showcase the region’s rich culinary heritage while incorporating modern techniques and global influences.

In his role as Executive Chef, Blasczak will oversee all culinary operations at the resort’s diverse dining venues, including Beach House, Tortuga Beach Grill & Bar, and Ferdinand’s Caribbean Café as well as catering services for weddings, events, and special occasions. 

Guests can anticipate an array of revamped and new culinary delights curated by Chef Blasczak, ranging from innovative seafood creations to indulgent desserts, all served against the stunning backdrop of Seven Mile Beach.
