Tropical Smoothie Café Unveils 25 Days of GivingSocial Campaign to Launch in Support of #GivingTuesday and 25-Cent Donation Program for Camp Sunshine

–Temperatures may be dropping but, Tropical Smoothie Café is embracing the warm spirit of doing good for others. The leading fast-casual concept, known for its better-for-you food and smoothies with a tropical twist,
is launching a 25 Days of Giving social campaign beginning December 1st in an effort to raise funds, awareness and
recognition for a long standing partner of the brand, Camp Sunshine. For the first 25 days of December, the campaign
will not only feature Camp Sunshine, a retreat for children with life threatening illnesses as well as their families, but it
will also applaud and recognize many other community-based non-profits. Kicking off on #GivingTuesday ,the globally
recognized day of giving back, Tropical Smoothie Café will leverage social media to feature a different non-profit,
celebrity or volunteer daily who help to make a difference in their local communities. The campaign will also include
ideas for how to volunteer.

In addition to the 25 Days of Giving social campaign, guests who visit any participating Tropical Smoothie Café
during the month of December will also have the opportunity to add 25 cents or more to their check with all the
proceeds going directly to Camp Sunshine.
