True Food Kitchen to Open in West Palm Beach in 2019True Food Kitchen, the award-winning restaurant that has pioneered health-conscious dining, is opening its doors in West Palm Beach in Fall 2019. The seasonally- inspired 6,000 square foot restaurant and bar will open at Related Companies’ emerging downtown district. This marks the brand’s fifth restaurant in Florida.

Co-founded by renowned physician and doctor of integrative medicine, Dr. Andrew Weil, True Food Kitchen embodies a place that brings people together to eat better, feel better and celebrate a passion for better living. The restaurant’s seasonally rotating menu is rooted in the principles of the anti-inflammatory food pyramid – emphasizing wholesome, simple ingredients with simple preparations to highlight health benefits and flavor.

“With wellness at the heart of CityPlace’s core values, the opening of True Food Kitchen embraces our future vision of our neighborhood with authentic and inspiring partners who continue to enhance the environment,” said Gopal Rajegowda, Senior Vice President at Related Companies. “Over the years, True Food Kitchen has created a distinctive culture that emphasizes a healthy lifestyle and they reflect the type of restaurants we intend to continue to welcome to the mix of our evolving community.”

The restaurant is inspired by the belief that delicious dining and conscious nutrition can go hand-in-hand, without sacrificing flavor, creativity or indulgence. Its menu caters to nearly every food preference with a variety of gluten-free, naturally organic, vegetarian and vegan offerings. The restaurant also features a lively scratch bar featuring freshly pressed juices, organic teas, and natural refreshers.

“We look forward to bringing our concept to a community of active, health-minded residents and visitors whose values align with our values as a brand,” said Shannon Keller, VP of Marketing. “We look forward to introducing West Palm Beach to our delicious dishes and seasonally-inspired cocktails.”

The restaurant will be located in Related Companies’ iconic square along Rosemary Avenue. In conjunction with True Food Kitchen’s opening, the Rosemary Avenue streetscape will debut as a reimagined pedestrian-friendly environment decorated with lush landscaping, artistic influences and a range of new spots to rejuvenate, relax and recharge.

Related Companies has plans for momentous evolution of the 72-acre Downtown West Palm Beach district into a thoughtfully designed hub that blurs the lines between experiential retail, culture, dining and entertainment. Alongside new restaurants, shops and experiences, Related Companies plans to develop new residential, hotel and office accommodations in the next five years. Recent additions to the district include the highly successful 80,000 square-foot RH West Palm: The Gallery and the 400-room convention center hotel, Hilton West Palm Beach.
