Union Sushi & Steak Southampton’s Premier Year-round Dining Hot Spot

Since its opening, Union Sushi & Steak has become the East End’s hottest dining destination. Ian Duke and partner David Hilty, the owners of the ever-popular Southampton Social Club and Union Burger Bar, continue their excellence in hospitality with Union Sushi and Steak, where their delectable menu, weekly specials, and live events are unmatched.

Union Sushi & Steak: Southampton’s Premier Year-round Dining

Union Sushi & Steak, located in the historic Bowden Square property that formerly housed the famous Herb McArthy’s and co-located with Union Burger Bar, manages to combine the energy of an old-school supper club with a modern ambiance. The cuisine is prepared by award-winning Chefs Scott Kampf and Marc Fasciana of varying renown and tenure. The sumptuous menu includes dry aged steaks from Niman Ranch in Colorado, as well as an assorted fresh sushi and sashimi menu that is both enticing and inventive.

“We created Union Sushi & Steak because it’s what the people of Southampton are asking for,” Duke said. “Southampton has no year-round sushi restaurants and there is not a dedicated steakhouse. Right now, it’s a trek for a REAL roll-up-your-sleeves steakhouse dining experience.”

Union Sushi & Steak, like the Southampton Social Club, has that “Supper Club” vibe, albeit for the more sophisticated. Consider this: as dinner comes to a close, the keys on the baby grand begin to dance, the DJ’s music begins to enchant you, and the cocktails set the tone. Since its inception, the restaurant has received overwhelmingly positive feedback, and it intends to provide the best supper club experience possible throughout the year.

At Union Sushi & Steak, there is always something going on. Weekly specials include a Wednesday Night Prix-Fixe Menu and 1/2 priced bottles of wine from Raid The Cellar; Thursday Night Surf & Turf for Two; Friday & Sunday Night Prix-Fixe Menu; Live Music events on Friday and Saturday Nights; and Daily Happy Hour from 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Union Sushi & Steak also hosts a number of excellent seasonal and holiday events and dinners throughout the year.

Meanwhile, in the adjacent space, Duke’s award-winning burger and fries joint, Union Burger Bar, continues to serve up American comfort food, including select items from Duke’s hit pop-up, The Coop, which have been assimilated into the Union Burger Bar menu.
