Waterfall Resort’s Grilled Salmon with Alyeska BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 whole salmon fillet with the pin bones removed
- 1 sheet of foil (large enough to cover the bottom of the fish)
Alyeska BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons catsup
- ½ cup distilled vinegar
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 pimiento, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 Tablespoon horseradish
- 1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- Preheat grill.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for Alyeska BBQ Sauce.
- Put foil on grill and then place salmon skin side down on foil.
- Pour BBQ sauce over fish. Cook until center of fish starts to separate.
- Remove from grill and serve family style.
