“My latest interest is to give long-established cocktails like the Argentina and the Queen’s Cousin the classic status they deserve,” explained Westmoreland.

After launching his career in cocktail concocting in college, Westmoreland spent more than 20 years working at various Fortune 500 companies until he revisited his bartending roots in 2011.  Prior to joining the Windsor Court team in 2013, Westmoreland worked at local New Orleans bars including Bar Uncommon, Mila Restaurant and the Hyatt Regency, in which he mastered his talent for cocktail mixing.

Westmoreland has won multiple cocktail mixing competitions and has participated in the world’s premier cocktail festival, Tales of the Cocktail, both locally and internationally.
