Bounteous, the digital innovation partner of the world’s most ambitious brands, today announced Jesse Dundon as its Managing Director, for the Restaurant & Convenience industries. Previously, Dundon served as Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Hathway, the leading digital growth partner for restaurant and convenience store brands, which Bounteous acquired in the fall. In Dundon’s new role, he will carry over his unparalleled expertise in the restaurant and convenience space to continue to elevate Bounteous as the go-to partner for retail food service brands looking to digitally transform.
“The restaurant and convenience industry has undergone many innovations and continues to inspire me,” said Dundon. “As I start a new chapter with Bounteous, I know this is just the beginning of shaping the future of the restaurant industry and I couldn’t think of a better team to be joining to bring that vision to life.”
As CEO of Hathway, Dundon led the company to become the go-to partner for a wide range of Restaurant and Convenience brands including Wingstop, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Noodles & Co, Panda Express, Raising Canes, and Dash-In Food Stores. Hathway’s proprietary technology accelerator, NomNom™, allows brands to get to market sooner and speed time to value. NomNom powers custom digital ordering, loyalty apps, and websites that fuel more than $2 billion in sales and over 160 million digital transactions per year.
“Jesse’s addition to our leadership team is part of Bounteous’ strategic decision to deepen our vertical expertise in key industry segments that recognize the digital innovation imperative,” said Bounteous CEO Keith Schwartz. “Jesse brings an invaluable understanding of the challenges and growth opportunities in the restaurant and convenience store space.”
Dundon’s addition is the latest in a string of executive leadership moves from Bounteous. Collectively, these leaders will spearhead the growth of Bounteous’ dedicated expertise serving the digital transformation needs for the Healthcare, Financial, Consumer, and Restaurant industries.
In early spring, Hathway will become fully integrated into the Bounteous brand following the acquisition announced at the end of last year. This acquisition allows Bounteous to acquire all of Hathway’s digital and technological capabilities and Hathway to offer end-to-end marketing services, whereas, in the past they did not offer paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media as part of their initial offerings.
