They have added lunch service to their schedule, introduced an unmatched killer burger, and have officially opened the adjacent Nossa bar to create the quintessential Los Feliz gathering place, making Nossa a summer destination for those near and far!
The neighborhood of Los Feliz and surrounding areas have welcomed and delighted in Nossa since day one but the party has just begun! Named by Infatuation as one of “The Best Brazilian Restaurants in LA”, this hot spot is the product of team collaboration and dedicated, consistent work. Nossa continues to put an emphasis on fresh seasonal fare and innovative ideas to bring their guests the perfect escape in the heart of one of the hippest areas in Los Angeles!
Partner and Executive Chef Simone Bonelli has surprised guests with impressive specials and mouth watering dishes that leave patrons wanting more and coming back to try what they weren’t able to fit in one meal, so extending their hours and offering Lunch was a must for those who want to come enjoy the patio oasis during a hot summer day. The Lunch Menu offered Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm is essentially the same menu as dinner service with the addition of the newly created and unparalleled Nossa Burger, a Brazilian inspired grass fed short rib and brisket burger with roasted tomato, cheddar, red onion, lettuce, palmito, served with french fries, house-made malagueta mayo and Chimichurri.
Nossa has officially opened and unveiled their highly anticipated Nossa Bar, a Los Feliz regulars spot for a meal at the bar or a happy hour break with friends to experience their refreshing and unique Wine & Beer Cocktails, Wine Offerings or new Happy Hour Menu. Their fabulous Happy Hour Menu offered Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm features small bites including Cheese and Beef Empanadas, “Paōninis”, a new term coined by Nossa, mini sandwiches on pão de queijo served with picanha steak and chimichurri, tomato and mozzarella, salame and palmito that will tantalize your taste buds, Marinated Olives, and lucky for you, the Nossa Burger is offered from lunch through Happy Hour. All Sangria and Wines by the Glass are $2.00 off, Beer is $1.00 off, and Carafes of Sangria and Pitchers of Beer are $3.00 off.
The team behind the Nossa Bar are just beginning to have their fun. “We have collaborated with Aidan Hansen, former Bar Manager at Bavel, Bartender at Nopa, and Cocktail Development at Rye on the Road, to develop fun, fresh and bright cocktails using wine or beer as the base” Director of Operations Xandre Borghetti excitedly exclaims. Highlights include a Passion Fruit Xandy with Guarana, a Pineapple and Coconut Collins, and a Nossa Spritz with Pluots. Aidan will be updating the menu seasonally and they will continue to introduce new concoctions among their ever-changing impressive Wine Selection from Beverage Director Michelle Biscieglia that include satisfying and sophisticated chilled reds, whites and rosé perfect for this summer weather. Just when you thought this team could not possibly offer anything else, they have taken it upon themselves to also bring you summer beats to enjoy alongside the perfect dish and cocktail! Recently introduced, DJ Nights, happens Thursday and Friday evenings from 8:00 pm until close with disco, funk and Brazilian tunes to really transport you to Rio De Janeiro for an unforgettable night.
