Two iconic American chefs will soon be making their way south to participate in exclusive Culinary Weekends at Eden Roc at Cap Cana in February and March. The chic Relais & Châteaux resort located beachfront in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, will host Patrick O’Connell of The Inn at Little Washington in Washington, Virginia, and Jacob Jasinski of Seasons at Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, for multi-day gastronomic events over the months ahead. It’s part of a chef-exchange program that will see Eden Roc’s own Chef Gianluca Re Fraschini to cooking at Seasons an Ocean House in May.

Self-taught Chef Patrick O’Connell pioneered refined, regional cuisine in the countryside of Virginia, first aligning with local farmers and artisanal producers nearly four decades ago when nothing but milk was delivered to the tiny town of “Little” Washington.
