Penrose Brewing opened its doors in Geneva, IL in the Spring of 2014. Penrose found its identity under Eric Hobbs and brewmaster Tom Korder, both previously of Goose Island. With a focus on belgian inspired session ales, barrel-aging, and alternative fermentation, Penrose has provided the city of Geneva a communal space in which to gather and be local.

Local Foods Grocer has been Chicago’s first wholesale distributor and retailer of food sourced from Midwestern farmers since Spring of 2013. Guided by a love of food, co-founders Andrew Lutsey and Dave Rand focus on providing consumers with fresh, local food at a consistent basis.
