The brainchild of Global Food & Beverage Expo (GFBE), Dr. Yen-Soon Kim, Ph.D., R.D., a UNLV Food & Beverage scholar and Event Management Department Chair, builds on the efforts of Vegas Food Expo, a three-day conference and two- day trade show that will feature over 200 up-and-coming American brands alongside global importing and exporting companies in a bigger show designed to amplify trends from all corners of the globe.

From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Wednesday, October 9th and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Thursday, October 10th, GFBE’s innovative brands will welcome retailers, distributors, hotels/restaurants, students, educators and investors in the 171,000 square venue. Also new are components that make this a truly immersive, comprehensive experience. In addition to the exhibition, events include: ● Kick off / Networking Party: Tuesday 8th at 4pm ● G-Conference: featuring inspiring, informational talks by Global industry leaders ● Hospitality Innovative Technology (HIT) Hub: from sustainability and production to order, distribution, POS and more. ● Career Fair ● Chef Competition ● Disgusting Food Museum pop-up
