The menu at Heyday is a reflection of Chef Pfeiffer’s personal experiences, drawing inspiration from her travel journals. Each dish, from the Peppadew Concha to the innovative vegetarian Beef Stroganoff, tells a story and evokes a sense of nostalgia while introducing guests to new flavors.
